This is a class for people that do not know how to knit or need a refresher. Hand Dyed Yarns
This is a long class but a fun one. You will learn how to hand dye your own yarns. We will spend the day learning how to prepare yarn skeins, mix dyes, use a couple techniques to apply color. No Skill Required. $65/ 1 session.

Nuno Felting
Using dyed rovings, yarn snippets and threads we will create a design on a piece of silk gauze then apply soap, water and agitation to make the applied embellishments adhere to the silk. Finished scarf will still be wet when class is done so students should bring a gallon size zip lock type bag to put scarf into after class. Students should also bring 2 beach towels. No Skills Required Price 1 session/ $65.

In this class you will learn the basic skills of Moebius knitting. Moebius knitting is knitting in the round with a twist all while knitting from the center out. This is a fun technique and move quickly so you can have a scarf or wrap done in no time flat.

Charity Knitting
We are now looking for knit hats and scarfs for Children’s hospital.
For all charity knitting project you will receive 10% off you supllies.
This is a class for people that do not know how to knit or need a refresher. During this three-week class you will learn how to cast on (attaching yarn to the needle), knit, purl, cast off and learn different stitch patterns. This is the next step after learning the basics in knitting 101. We will make a hat, bias washcloth and a Fan and Feather lace scarf. Felted Bag
When knitted wool clothes were washed in hot water you were devastated by the outcome. Now, whole books are written about how to achieve wonderful results with knitted wool, hot water, soap and agitation to create a felted bag. Bead Knitting
Add sparkling dimension into your knitting by including well placed beads. We will make a beautiful beaded ornament. In this class we will learn how to incorporate beads into your knitting. Have you dropped a stitch late at night and didn’t know how to pick it up? Have you needed to rip out several rows to fix a mistake? Don’t let turning heels or toe decreases scare you! Learn the anatomy of basic sock construction. You will be using worsted weight yarn and #5 Dpns to make comfy house sock. This class will introduce you to knitting raglan sweaters from the top down. You will have the choice of cardigan, V-neck or a pull over.
